The builder itself is genuinely no-code. If a team member can set up a Zapier zap, they can build a Keragon workflow — no developer required. For a category (med-spa operations) where the software stack is fragmented by default, a compliant middleware layer is arguably the highest-leverage automation purchase available.

Where it falls short

Price is the first hurdle. At roughly $269/month for Professional and about $995/month for Scale Up, Keragon costs several times what a consumer automation tool does. That premium is the cost of compliance, and it's justified if PHI flows through your workflows — but a small single-location spa automating only non-PHI marketing tasks may not need it.

Second, Keragon is a newer company. Its G2 page is live, but there is no verifiable aggregate rating yet, so we have scored it on capability and tempered the support score accordingly: there simply isn't a long public track record of onboarding and support quality to lean on. Finally, do the unglamorous homework before buying — confirm your specific EMR, booking and forms tools are in the integration library, because the platform's value is exactly as good as the connections it can make to your stack.

Who should choose it

Choose Keragon if you run multiple disconnected systems, your staff is doing double data entry, and any of that data is protected health information. It is the compliant way to automate what Zapier cannot legally touch for you, and the no-code builder keeps it within reach of a practice manager. Verify your integrations during the trial, start with two or three high-value workflows (lead routing, intake sync, no-show recovery), and confirm current pricing — for practices where those workflows recover even one booking a week, the subscription pays for itself.
