Relixir is a generative engine optimization (GEO) platform with a wider ambition than most: it does not just tell you how visible your brand is inside AI answers, it tries to fix the gap for you. On one side it tracks how often you are surfaced and cited across engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. On the other, it runs AI agents that generate and refresh content designed to be picked up as an authoritative source, then ties that content back to inbound attribution.

It is best understood as a horizontal, content-first GEO tool rather than a med-spa product. The company is young — Y Combinator (S25) with roughly $2M in seed funding — and its published traction is concentrated in fast-growing B2B software, not local aesthetics practices.

What stands out

• Track plus generate. The headline is that Relixir couples visibility measurement with automated content creation, so it aims to move the number rather than only report it. Most tools in this category stop at the dashboard; Relixir's premise is that measuring your absence from AI answers is only useful if you can then close the gap, and its agents are built to draft and refresh that content on an ongoing basis.
• Citation-oriented content. The content engine is explicitly built to earn AI citations, and the platform links generated answers back to inbound interest so you can reason about which queries actually matter.
• Active backing. YC support (S25) and a recent seed round mean the product is being developed quickly, with an attribution layer that many pure trackers lack.

Where it falls short

• Not aesthetics-tuned. The content generation is aimed at generic B2B topics; med-spa clinical and local-service queries are not its native territory, so any generated copy needs careful clinical and compliance review before it goes near a patient-facing page.
• Unproven for local, appointment-based businesses. As an early-stage tool, there is little published evidence it performs for single- or multi-location med spas, whose AI-search questions look very different from the B2B SaaS queries in Relixir's case studies. The auto-generated content model also carries real brand risk in a regulated, trust-sensitive field like aesthetics if it is published without oversight.
• Pricing transparency. Entry pricing is relatively high for a single-location practice and the upper tiers are quote-only. There are also no verifiable G2 or Capterra ratings yet, so third-party validation is thin and buyers are relying largely on the vendor's own numbers.

Who should choose it

Consider Relixir if you want AI-visibility tracking and automated GEO content in a single platform and you are comfortable being an early adopter. It makes the most sense for a med-spa group with in-house marketing capacity to review and edit generated content, rather than a solo owner who wants a hands-off tool. Med spas should pilot it, scrutinize the quality of generated content on their own service pages, confirm pricing and content allotments, and check how the tool handles local and clinical queries before committing. It is a promising but young option, and it is worth restating that no GEO tool in this category — Relixir included — is med-spa-native.
