Choose Schedulicity if you are a solo or small salon, spa or wellness business that wants cheap, simple online booking, payments and no-show protection and does not need HIPAA compliance or clinical documentation. Med spas with any meaningful clinical workflow — injectables, devices, consents, charting — should treat it as a booking layer only, or evaluate a purpose-built aesthetics platform instead. If compliance is even a secondary concern, this is not the right foundation, and you will be better served by a HIPAA-capable scheduler or a full aesthetics EMR.
